BGM Commissions Terms and conditions
- All payments are in USD and should be done through PayPal only (For PH locals, payment through GCash is acceptable).- Commercial fee has already been applied for both Main BGM and Original Songs.- Down payment of 50% must be paid before I start working on your commission. (If I find the commission to be outside my range of capability, I have the rights to refuse your commission)- I reserve the rights to the commissioned BGM to use as a part of my portfolio and BGM highlights.- You cannot cancel your commission once I’ve already finished 50% to 75% of your BGM- Your BGM will be sent through Either Google Drive or Email via “.wav” file (upon request)- It will take me around 2 weeks at most to finish your BGM (I will send updates about your BGM once progress has been made)- Please provide a reference for your commission as this will give me a general idea of what you want for your BGM- I will allow a maximum of 3 reworks/revisions for your BGM (After 3 revisions there will be paid revisions)- By default, I reserve the right to stream and/or post progress of work on the BGM commissions. Please inform and negotiate with me in advance before I start on your commission if you would like me to add it to my public portfolio on a later date
